NO ONE ATTEMPTING TO REACH ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT REGARD AMIT GENERAL MGR OF TACO BELL ON RUFE SNOW IN WATAUGA, TX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Pathetic!!!! I have told ALL MY NEIGHBORS AMD FRIENDS TO NEVER GO TONTHE TACO BELL LOCATION AT THIS LOCATION. Amit is horrible! Does Taco Bell have anyone that cares a flip???? Please call me 817-987-****

User's recommendation: Do not go to Taco Bell at this location, instead for EXCELLENT SERVICE GO TO TACO CASA JUST AROUND THE CORNER!

See above, I tried for well over an hour and still cant find the correct number for retirement plan for yum and

Ive called SEVERAL TIMES TACO BELL corp office IN IRVINE CA BEGGING FOR SOMEONE WITH HIGH AUTHORITY TO SPEAK WITH REGARDING THE MOST ABSOLUTE RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL GENERAL MANAGER I ever encountered in my life. A Mr. Amit who says he is the General Mgrin Watauga, Tx. disrespected and humiliated me, would not make eye contact with me either. I walk in and after 2 min he asked me do you know what you want to eat? I said I dont know what you call it, but is crunchy on inside and soft on outside. He mumbled and i didnt understand what he said. He came back and asked again what do you want to eat? I told him I never understood what he said e first time other than use the Kiosk! When I figured out it was the crunchy Gordita he tried making me use the Kiosk when he was up front and I told him I am ready and will order from him. His reply was oh you dont like technology?! I want a FORMAL apology from Mr Amit on a 3 way call with him and his supervisor of that location! Mr Amit i think doesnt like women as he would not make eye contact with me either. I didnt get a receipt and furthermore, when my credit card would not go thru first go round on the 2nd attempt Mr. Amit said to me in a smart *** way, see this is why we want people to use the Kiosk. What the hey??????? What about good afternoon and welcome to Taco Bell how can I help you today? I am in shock how I was so badly mistreated! I am still waiting for a Taco Bell representative to call me and make Mr. Amit apologize to me the way he treated me!!! Supposedly a representative called me 2x yet there is ZERO voice messages left on my phone!!!!!!!!! I asked the representative to pls tell them next time they supposedly call to leave me a VOICE MESSAGE WITH NUMBER I CAN CALL THEM BACK AT! Doesnt seem like anyone cares or knows what customer service is all about these days!!!! I told them and I will tell you I will plaster my experience all over social media not to go to that Taco Bell location if I dont get an apology soon! Not all Taco Bells is like that man. I have good experiences at other locations. Mr Amit needs to be trained! My experience should matter to anyone with half a brain that if you want repeat business you better know how to treat CUSTOMERS!!! Because is obvious to me the way he acted towards me and his drive up customers. He is Not friendly at all! He ran this CUSTOMER OFF! My # is 817-987-****. Please have someone call me. Ive been trying since 9/16/21 and getting run around!

Potential scam

I went to Taco Bell not once but twice this week and used the Xbox codes and they said invalid already used so I called customer service and she gave me another code and that was also invalid either you are being scammed by some using the numbers before or this is scam

Cell phones are not made to be used at work on the job i stood there waiting for my pizza for oh 15 to 20 min employees ignor store phone ringing 20 times . there were lots of cell phone use from girls .. i got my pizza ok and it was good but i can see store needs to be managed better ..very tacky is how i would put it i may go back but others maynot dress code needs improvment as some employees are in jeans tacky tacky tacky whats gone wrong with our work ethics do we not care anymore just get us customers out as long as the sale is made..
